Somewhere, probably while at School, learnt that Secular in the context of a nation would mean- that the state is not interested in the religion that its people practise. It is not a queation of the statebeing impartial, but it is a matter of the state having no business whatsoever, with the religion that its citizens practise.
regards Rupam.

Secularism and this kind of words are the bread and butter of our great politician. They throw this words before us and we start talking about this and try to impose our view on others. We start quarrel with each other and sometimes it will become a riot. It starts with iota and ends up with a nationwide fire. Still we have enough time and again start talking about this after few days. TC

You are awfully wrong.....
Avoid mentioning it in any part of your thesis.......
To understand India....you need to be one of the 1.2 Billion
And about shouts....You may not understand the shouts...all would appear as HOWLING..being engrossed in one of your memorable nightmares...sweating in the freezing cold....Oh! Me!
