DEBOJIT has placed us in limelight...
I have never seen such a mad rush to vote for Debojit among people of NE....its inspiring....
That shows our heart is bigger than rest of India...
Lets continue to support each other and emerge as a more united and brave community...

Debojit has given us an identity ..... now I can say that I am a Sylheti from Assam ... cause Debojit ,the winner,is from Silchar,Assam .... Silchar amar jonmobhumi, Assam amar kormobhumi... I am greatful to all the Assamese people... Thnaks to all of them for voting for our Debu ...its the proof that unity is strength!! The whole India could not vote against Assam ... this proves the Unity among the people of Assam .. Hip Hip Hurray !!
Its the time to DISCO !!!

YAALGAAR HO !!! Indeed.. being thousands of miles away from the country.. as I wait eagerly with bated breath for THE grand finale to give us our winner... and you guys to update the site with the latest news... I am overwhelmed indeed!!!People of Assam from various walks of life from all parts of the world seem to have united for this cause..Thanks a million to each one of us ...and if I may say to an extent to Reshamiyya ji.. believe me the moment he made those caustic comments about Assam in a particular epiosde,we can watch it only 2 weeks later the actual telecast..it was a mad rush ..here..was enough to bring in an amazing 'khalbali' and 'loose control' to just give votes and leave no stone unturned to get Debojit Saha among the top contestants!!Negativity does help at times ...
Anyway... YaalGaar ho YaadGaar bana..kudos to Silchar which will always be the best place for me on earth no matter where I go or what I do!! Next time anybody watching the Hindi pop numbers.. if you get to watch Himesh Reshamiyya's 'Tera Tera Tera Suroor..'.......'.. guys be sure to sing aloud... 'Kahan gayan tera guroor.......'!!
It is an unbelievable feeling indeed.. out here miles away from Silchar.. I can see the rockets and the crackers bursting aloud all over......

Yes, silchar.com is very unique. There are probably very few sites like this one. Thanks to Premashish for doing this.
I am sure someone will put up the video of Debojit's performance in Silchar (which I am again sure is coming pretty soon) up on silchar.com
